Floor & Decor Shares Rise After Q4 Earnings Beat Despite Comparable Sales Decline

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. (NYSE: FND) shares gained more than 6% intra-day Thursday after the flooring retailer reported fourth-quarter results that narrowly exceeded earnings expectations.

The Atlanta-based company delivered diluted earnings per share of $0.36, slightly above the analyst consensus of $0.35. Total revenue reached $1.13 billion, representing a 2.0% increase from the same period a year earlier. However, comparable store sales declined 4.8% during the final quarter of 2025, reflecting continued pressure on organic growth.
