Free stock market apps for traders and investment analysts.

Dear traders and investment analysts, I am sharing my simple web and iOS apps that will help you analyze shares and take smart investing decisions. You can download my code and customize it, making your own stock market apps. No programming skills are required, since I provide a clean and step-by-step guide on downloading and running those apps. Enjoy!

Corporate Earnings Calendar.

Corporate earnings calendar iOS app. A corporate earnings calendar is a schedule that lists the dates when publicly traded companies are expected to release their quarterly financial earnings reports. These reports detail a company's financial performance, including revenue and earnings per share (EPS) (actual and forecasted numbers), for a specific period. The calendar is typically used by investors, analysts, and financial professionals to track and prepare for these announcements, as they can significantly impact stock prices and market sentiment.

US Treasury Yield Curve Tracker.

US Treasury Yield Curve Tracker iOS app. Tracking the U.S. Treasury yield curve is useful because it reflects investor confidence in the economy, with a normal upward-sloping curve signaling expectations of growth and higher yields for longer-term investments, while an inverted curve may indicate fears of economic slowdown or recession. Track the curve to understand when the investor confidence shifts, as it affects stock prices directly.

Revenue Segmentation Analyzer.

Revenue Segmentation Analyzer iOS app. Tracking a company's revenue segmentation is important because it identifies which products, services, or divisions drive the majority of its income, allowing investors to assess risks and predict financial performance more accurately. For example, knowing that NVIDIA's primary revenue comes from Data Centers or that Apple's is driven by iPhone sales helps investors anticipate how specific market trends, such as data center disruptions or declining iPhone demand, could impact future revenues and stock performance.

Stop-Loss and Take-Profit setter.

Stop-Loss and Take-Profit setter and Targets calculator. This app sets a Stop-Loss and Take-Profit for your selected stock and shows its consensus target price. A stop-loss is an order to sell a stock when it reaches a predetermined price to limit potential losses, while a take-profit is an order to sell when the stock hits a target price to lock in gains. Traders set these levels to manage risk and secure profits without constant monitoring, protecting against unexpected market drops or capturing gains when a stock reaches a desired value. By aligning with their risk tolerance and strategy, these tools help traders maintain discipline and avoid emotional decision-making. The app sets a stop-loss and take-profit based on the standard deviation and risk aversion.

If you don't want to download the code and customize it, you can use my Chrome Extension that sets a stop-loss and take-profit for your selected stock and shows its target. The video below demonstrates how to get that extension and how to use it.

Stock Target Price Calculator.

Stock Target Price Calculator. The app calculates your chosen stock's target price in seconds using the DCF model. A stock target price is an estimated future value of a company's stock, often set by analysts or traders, reflecting its perceived intrinsic value based on financial metrics and market conditions. Using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation model, traders calculate it by forecasting the company's future cash flows, discounting them to present value using a discount rate (often the weighted average cost of capital), and dividing by the number of outstanding shares. It's important because it guides investment decisions, helping traders determine whether a stock is over- or undervalued and set buy/sell strategies, especially when combined with tools like stop-loss and take-profit orders.

If you are interested in calculating your chosen stock's target price in Google Sheets, you can watch the below video.

Sentiment, EPS, Target analyzer.

Social sentiment, EPS and consensus Target Price analyzer. EPS (Earnings Per Share) shows how much profit a company makes per share, helping investors see if the company is growing or struggling. Knowing expected and actual EPS helps traders predict stock price changes and decide when to buy or sell. Stock Consensus Target Price is the average price analysts think a stock will reach, showing if it’s a good buy or overpriced. Traders use it to plan investments and set goals for selling at a profit or avoiding losses. Social Sentiment reflects what people on platforms like X say about a stock, showing public excitement or worry. It helps traders gauge market mood, which can influence stock price movements and guide trading decisions.

Stock News App.

Stock News iOS App. Very simple news extractor. Extract important news related to stocks. Reading news is crucial for stock traders because it provides timely insights into events that can impact stock prices, such as earnings reports, product launches, or economic changes. For example, news about supply chain issues for Apple's iPhone (like chip shortages) or data center growth for NVIDIA can directly affect their revenue and stock performance, helping traders make informed buy or sell decisions.

Insider Trading and Sentiment Tracker.

Insider Trading and Sentiment Tracker. This app lets you track insider trading activity, showing the total shares bought or sold, which reveals how confident company management is and helps you adjust your trading strategy based on their actions. It also displays Twitter social sentiment for your chosen stock, allowing you to gauge market opinions and influencers' views to refine your trading decisions. By combining these insights, you can make more informed choices to manage risks and capitalize on market trends.

The information provided by the Chrome extension helps traders make informed decisions by revealing stock valuation, market-moving events, and expected financial performance, enabling better risk management and strategic trading.

Stock Price Targets And Financial Estimates As Color-Scaled Heatmaps

This single-file web application enables users to generate a price target heatmap for any stock by simply inputting a ticker symbol and an FMP API key. Leveraging Financial Modeling Prep’s Price Target News endpoint, it collects recent analyst price targets and displays them in a color-scaled row, making high and low targets instantly recognizable, while also providing key statistics like minimum, maximum and average.

Additionally, the app queries FMP’s Financial Estimates endpoint to create a second heatmap showcasing annual EPS and revenue projections across forward years, highlighting trends in a clear, visual format. Built entirely with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, it requires no libraries, installations, or build tools, ensuring a lightweight and fast experience. Designed for investors, portfolio managers, and executives, this tool offers a quick, client-side solution to visualize analyst dispersion and fundamental trends in seconds. Its simplicity and accessibility make it an efficient way to gain actionable insights without complex setups.

Is Your Stock Overvalued?

A lightweight, single-page tool turns the price to earnings workflow into action: enter a ticker to fetch its latest P/E, auto-identify the sector, and benchmark it against the Sector PE Snapshot for your chosen date/exchange—then get a concise verdict (undervalued, overvalued, or in line ±10%) with clean comparison bars. It features a dark, responsive UI with a loader.

ESG analyzer and Sector Comparison.

I have developed a user-friendly one-page application that facilitates the comparison of a company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) score with its respective sector. The application offers insightful conclusions and can be conveniently downloaded. It compares the user’s selected stock’s ESG score to the sector. No programming expertise is necessary, as comprehensive instructions are provided.
